  • FLPS Notary Services offers mobile notary services throughout Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia Counties, traveling to your home, office, hospital, or other agreed-upon location.

    Mobile notary services include:

    • Acknowledgments and jurats

    • Affidavits and sworn statements

    • Powers of attorney

    • Legal and business documents

    • Estate planning and personal documents

    • Real Estate Transaction documents

    All notarizations are performed in compliance with Florida notary laws.

    FLPS Mobile Notarial Fees:

    • Regular services - $10.00 per notarial stamp + travel fee. *travel fees

    • Loan Signing Agent - Closing package must be provided at least two (2) hours before appointment time.

    • $125 per package less than 150 pages

    • $175 per package over 150 pages

    • Safe-deposit box inventories - $100.00 per hour to witness the drilling of a safe-deposit box and make an official, written inventory of the box’s contents *travel fees

    • Travel fee of $20.00 for locations over 50 miles from Milton, Florida

    • $20.00 per Witness provided by FLPS

  • For added convenience, FLPS Notary Services also offers Remote Online Notary (RON) services, allowing documents to be notarized securely online using audio-visual technology.

    Remote online notarization is ideal for clients who:

    • Are out of the area or out of state

    • Have time constraints

    • Prefer a fully digital signing experience

    RON services include:

    • Secure identity verification

    • Electronic notarization and digital seals

    • Real-time audio-visual notarization sessions

    • Compliant electronic records

    Remote notarization is conducted in accordance with Florida Remote Online Notary requirements.

    Remote Online Notary (RON) Session Fees:

    • $25 for regular notary session (includes 1 stamp).

    • $10 per additional notary stamp.

    • $5 per additional signer.

    • $15 per witness provided by FLPS.

    Loan Signing Agent - $150.00 Closing package to be provided at least 2 hours before closing appointment

    • $10.00 per Witness provided by FLPS
